No such thing. Too subjective. There are things Hendrix didn't have in his repertoire..like playing fast and super clean like a Steve Vai or something.

Judging a player on a technical level and other levels would work best than defining a best player. And i would have to throw Steve Howe, Jeff Beck, and Trey as possible candidates. But Trey has such a liquidy distorted sound, and i like to hear the wood and amp more, personally.
