had this guy come into the store yesterday, and decided to pay with half-dollar and dollar coins (must have been from phili) and outside of the fact it's rare to see them in the first place, i heard a distinct clang when he put it down on the counter, i noticed it was a 1964 Kennedy half dollar, a first year issue and made almost entirely of silver
not quite the same, but it's kind of lucky
