american worship of the individual & their personal dirt gets in my balls in so many ways. reason why so many epic movies FAIL under the hand of american directors-- it's all about the fucking "hero".

check out potemkin and how there are no "stars" and the movie is amazing.

but here no, "the one" saves the universe, single handedly, and then we wanna put them on TMZ!
