Buffy
Firefly
Twin Peaks
Arrested Development
Oz
Band Of Brothers (does this count?)
Some "the shield" bits of seasons' are great too.
Some "friends" episodes too, chenendler bing.

but old calssics are still kinda cool, even with all that lame 80's revival thing going on:

A-team and McGyver (some episodes) ha ha coolness factor = *insert infinity symbol coz I can't remember how to put it there*

I must say that many series (my name is earl, for example) get completely ruined by the italian dubbing, and I don't have enough spare money to afford buying them in original language and sometimes I feel bad downloading stuff.
