I've got some pretty rank CDs that I've picked up along the way, but mostly they get re-distributed to a more appreciative owner. Lloyd Cole's Rattlesnakes, which I thought was rubbish, was given to someone who now really enjoys it. So it all works out well.
I've bought records twice, thinking I'd meant to buy it before (I had 3 of the same Patsy Cline record at one point) when in fact I recognised it from my own shelves.
The one that gets me is that I quite like Pavement a million years ago, and I have at one point owned all of their albums, long after I realised I couldn't stand them.
Trompe le Monde is probably my most listened to Pixies records.
I'm not sure if I'd include things like the non-essential Pulp albums in this though - does it count as regretful if it's completism?
