As tasty as they are, crisps/snacks etc are absurdly high in salt, sugar and fats, and the same goes for ready meals. Unsalted cashews nuts or dried fruit make for tasty and healthy snacks. Also, it's much better to steam vegetables as opposed to boiling them, if you be cooking.
I'm eating far too much rubbish at the moment, to be honest, and it's time for me to sort meself out.
