i know this guy who spent the 70s on heavy doses of haldol-- haldol or thorazine was it? he was mentally ill. in a big way.

eventually he got cured & worked in arts-related pursuits.

i haven't seen him since maybe 2002 (he left the country w/ this woman he married), but he was doing very well.
