I was diagnosed with aggressively high blood pressure two years ago. 210 over like 120 or something absurd like that. With medication I've got it under control. Doctors have not figured out a reason beyond genetics. I'm at or near my ideal weight, exercise regularly, don't smoke, eat the right foods, drink only moderately.
I did, though, start exercising more strenuously after the diagnosis. Hoping eventually to get off the meds.
Other than that, I'm healthy.
