it was a show from the late 80s early 90s or maybe just early 90s....
I was about 7 or 8 when I used to watch it but it was trippy from what I remember...
kids meet in the woods at midnight and (probably high as shit) tell ghost stories around a fire. That would be the intro, then the show would be the story....
pretty lame but its fun to get high and watch weird shit like this on ur day off sometimes..ha
