Okay, you're talking about two different things here, I guess in some attempt to justify what you're doing.
Spending way too much time to perfect your body is one thing. Taking common sense precautions so you can enjoy life not merely for as long as you can but also as fully as you can is quite another. How enjoyable is life at 40 gonna be if you have heart and lung diseases, you can't walk a block without becoming short of breath, and you're constantly craving that next cigarette?
