there are so many awesome graphic artists out there right now. Go and pick up juxtaposed it often has great people in there and articles that will give ideas.

The first two albums you posted are really different in artwork styles. You could look at playing around with some hand drawn monoprints over already printed computer art?

that last pic reminds me of er, max ernst, with his paintings done by sticking down paper witih wet paint, peeling them up, then re painting detail over.
