not really. Im generally nice to my co workings and a lot of the time used to pick up shifts when people couldnt work them.

Having said that, there were always those people who would ask you to cover shifts, but if you ever needed the same from them, they woudlnt do it. Those people eventually I wouldnt cover shifts for unless I needed the money that week.

However, my last job middle management were pretty poor, and I got sent home a lot despite being rostered on. That was kind of annoying. I'd felt bad about quitting so early into the job, until the last week when they cut a bunch of my shifts even after I'd asked if they wanted me to work them or just not come in (after I'd handed in my letter) Fuck that. Lots of people got free extra food and drink from me that day.
