Here's a legal question (any lawyers in the house?): I heard about this clothing retailer that was giving away alcoholic drinks to customers who came in to check out its sale. Beer, I think. No charge, just a free beer while you shopped. How can this be legal? I mean, seems like a great idea, but wouldn't it involve a lot of liability issues?
