When I worked at a bakery, decorating cakes, I once had to write:
"Stop being a fucking baby" on one. I even checked with my supervisor beforehand, and was told to go ahead with it.
And if that kid is having enough problems with his name later in life, he can legally change it in an instance.
EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I think the idea is absurd. Why not just call your kid Shithead?
