When I used to have Radio 2 in the background at my old office job, Terry Wogan used to play these amazing bluegrass versions of Beatles songs by people I've never heard of (though Dolly Parton may have done one). Some of them were quite sparse and weird. I wish I knew who some of them were...

Anyway, I like Dear Prudence by Siouxsie And The Banshees, and she did a good cover of Blue Jay Way live. I'm sure lots of bands have covered Helter Skelter (Motley Crue are one).
