Oh.. so bad sweater parties are a common thing? A co-worker of mine was going to one after work one night before Xmas. I remember thinking "that's a fun idea."
He ended up wearing a cute teal Winnie the Pooh sweater, that wasn't so much ugly as it was something a soccer mom would wear instead of a hulking college boy.
