1. What is your age?

25
2. What is your gender?

m
3. Where do you live (Country)

Babylon
4. Do you listen to music regularly?

Absolutely, at least three, four hours a day
5. If so, how often would you consider you listen to music?

(see above)
6. What type of music do you listen to most commonly?

(roots ras reggae)
7. On a scale of 1 (quiet) to 10 (loud), how loud would you consider your choice of music inheritely?

(it depends, at times it can be a 3, but often it is near 7-10, especially I am break out my amp and put aside the reggae for a moment)
8. Using the same scale as a reference, how loud would you consider you listen to this music?
(it sounds often like a gorilla trying to get out of the trunk)
9. Do you believe that this is a dangerous enough level to damage your hearing?
(fuck yeah, for awhile my tinitus was so terrifying I actually wished to be dead to get some peace and quiet)
10. Approximately, how high is the level set on your Mp3/CD player of choice in reference to maximum possible volume of said device? (eg. half, third, full)
(usually 2/3, unless I'm walking on the street or the bus, which is loud and requires louder music, the street traffic is at leat 90dB, which means yr music must be louder to hear it)
11. Do you attend live music events?
(religiously)
12. Do you consider the noise level at said events of a dangerous level?
(many many times)
13. Do you often wear any form of hearing protection at said events?
(I used to for my own gigs, but that was back in the tinitus days)
14. Are you in an occupation that involves, in your opinion, dangerous levels of noise?
(no)
15. Is this resolved in any way by your employer? (eg. by providing hearing protection)
(when I did work in loud as warehouses and factories, they provided earing protection, which we all used to get through the day, needless to say industrial background noise is often not musical like in a charlie chaplin flick)

Thanks, If I do well then I have you guys to thank
