well i think it's just kind of rude to make jokes about something like this, definitely on the day it happened. plus, belgium is a really small country, when something happens it's usually not more than an hour away. a few years ago a kid in my city went mad, bought a gun and decided to go kill foreigners: he seriously injured a turkish woman and killed a black girl and the two-year old she was babysiting on.
it really saddens me that such things seem to happen more and more often.
