I don't know if that cover will have a huge effect in making John Fahey more popular, but if more appreciation is directed towards mr. Fahey because of Sonic Youth, i can only say that his gorgeous art and music sure deserve all the love anyone could throw at them. It might be of course a chance to people unaware of Fahey's output to discover something that could be the equivalent of a treasure.
