D Double E (Newham, East London)
Known mostly as part of the slightly more well known Newham Generals, his solo stuff is far better though.
This clip is a couple of years old, but my fave anyway. There's also this stupidly good instrumental for his track
Anger Management. Not really D Double cos there's no actual mcing on it. Either way, it's still probably about 15 x better than anything else you've listened to today.
