What happens if nothing's changed in 16 months? Or what happens if things actually get worse in Iraq? This is possible. Will Obama still withdraw troops? If so, it would be just as stupid as withdrawing troops now. Obama's time table is just a crowd pleaser. It's no different than Bush's plan, except Bush wasn't going to lie and say things will be resolved in x amount of days.
