cuz that means that for 16-18 more months Iraqi youth and insurgents will have time to get even MORE PISSED off, and have even MORE CHAOS.

My point, the troops should be out much sooner than much later, and we can NEVER police the ground, we learned that in Vietnam. US troops just need to leave plain and simple, because Iraqis are sick of seeing em and the troops are sick of being there. It is easy for us here in internet land far away from bagdhad to say its cool to leave the troops for over a year longer, but I think the folks on the ground there feel much differently. How would you feel if the Iraqis were occupying your neighborhood for the past six fucking years and said we'll leave in a year, we swear (with their fingers crossed?)
