its a shame isn't it.. it gets even worse, eventually everyone just comes to except a dozen or more shootings a day as normal and common place and we all get back to our daily routines whenever we hear the shots pop off.. its fucking ridiculous the level of apathy that develops...
in the city of Los Angeles (JUST THE CITY, NOT INCLUDING TO COUNTY)
since December 21, 2008 there have been 583 shootings, and 282 people shot (its playing out to be a very wild year, at this rate there will be a 25-30% increase from shootings last year)
from December 21, 2007-December 20, 2008 there were 711 shootings and 333 people shot.
talk about the wild wild west..
