I cooked a delicious red mullet dish for some friends a couple of weeks ago. I bought some fillets, and baked them in a tomato, garlic, onion and parsley sauce, then served with baked potato wedges, tomato and peppers. Yum!

I've just been googling for the recipe, but can't find it.
