I don't have a vagina, but my friends and I call vaginas that.
But when I am thinking with my penis, it is called a vagina. If I was having a conversation with a girl about where I'd like to stick my penis (which I don't know why I would, sex isn't all that premeditated) I would say "in your vagina."
