I dressed up because I had to paint a Native as part of my art course, and since they wouldn't let me work from anybody else's photos, and since I couldn't find any real indians in Liverpool, I had to go down the Cindy Sherman route and pretend.
Furthermore I don't really want people to think I'm some ignorant white boy trying to joke around. I've been to the Vancouver museum of anthropology, I've been to Wounded Knee, I've read enough history books. My whole portfolio in art this year is based around the exclusion of native peoples from society by white colonists. So yeah. Hope I didn't offend anybody.

my friend did a cool indian art exibit thing once that you might dig, it was like native imagery mixed with hiphop, i thought it was pretty great but i can't find it online unfortunately
