ha ha ha. i figured if i asked for "summer green" people were going to start posting high-times style pictures. but the good ones would be gold and purple, not green! ha!
anyway, im no crazy about bagged spinach but good point-- it's a good general backup and a balsamic dressing or some goat goo and black ground pepper would make it work well... hmmm....
