Zombies don't leave people alone. Haven't you ever played Resident Evil? The pigs will be walking on their hind legs weilding stun rods, bows, and even the occassional rocket launcher. They'll get their heads blown off and then their tumors will come out and control the headless body.
But, not to worry. I played enough Resident Evil 4 today to stop them by myself.
