Back here at home, I'm working all weekend......won't mind it so much tonight as I will be making triple time for working the holiday and I don't mind that one bit. I'm slow cooking some BBQ ribs on the grill as I type. Corn and sweet potatoes will join them in a while......it should all be ready in three hours or so.
In the meantime, think I might go start on a mixtape......

I'm BBQing some ribs up tonight too! I made this marinade with red wine, dijon mustard, pico pica and hot salsa, soy sauce, shitloads of black pepper and fresh garlic, and more judicious amounts of ginger, nutmeg, and cumin. It smelled so fucking good, my wife commented on it in the next room, and it's been marinating since noonish (I won't be cooking it until after 9 PM when she gets home!)
