She looks great on the show, and she looked awesome in "Firefly" but sometimes when I see her in other pictures she can also look not so good. I think in that particular picture she isn't wearing a flattering dress, yes its cleavagey but it just looks odd. And in other pictures I've seen she wears too much make-up, but she can look good.
