and as for the trip, yeah, I'll be carrying a big-ass backpack full of stuff (sleeping bag, clothes for 4 days, water, food, etc etc), so it won't be anything for sissies. i'm looking forward to it so much. you know, sleeping under the dome of night sky, just wrapped in sleeping bag, passing along a bottle of rum and having a campfire or something. very cool, especially when you can escape from the city and just leave the whole civilization behind. freedom, that's how it's called. (pathetic? YES! )

I do a tiny tiny bit of yoga, but not enough. It helps a bit, to keep my back from getting too sore since I havent had a massage in like.. 18 months.. maybe longer.


erm.. night sky, rum, and a sleeping bag (and bug net) sounds wonderful. not pathetic at all!
