I vote Bauhaus.
Christian Death is more like comedy goth IMO. They are to goth what the Germs were to punk.
If you are going to list Siouxsie and Cure as goth, Joy Division should probably be up there too. Birthday Party and early bad seeds were fricking good too, but whether or not they were actually gothic is up in the air.
