I'm assuming you mean that you want to know how to upload images to post here...
first, you need a host. there are many free image-hosting sites around the net, but if you don't have one, you could even make an myspace art folder, and link the pictures here from that..
if you don't know the image's URL - right click > properties > highlight the http:
www.xcxx.blahblahdblhab.jpg (make sure it ENDS with the .jpg - some sites like to tack trash on the end) > copy url > click the insert image button (in the tool bar about yr post window) > paste the image url > post!
