Hm well, I AM an asshole a lot of the time, pure and simple. I can't really be too shocked when people don't appreciate my bluntness and rudeness. But anyway, if you want to feel better physically, do some exercise. It changed my life when I started to do that. Even pushups and situps and stuff. Get creative. You can do some really intense pushups if you do a handstand against a wall once regular ones get boring and there are about a billion different little things you can do to shake it up. Or buy some free weights at a garage sale. And if you can find a YMCA or something with a gym that you can use for free, it is awesome. It's a natural high, especially if you like a little pain.
