You'll need:
- Extra firm tofu
- Panko bread crumbs
- Hot red pepper jelly
- Sesame seed oil
What to do:
- Cut tofu into thin slices
- Marinate slices in red pepper jelly for minimum of 1/2 an hour
- Dip tofu in bread crumbs, make sure that they're totally covered
- Heat oil in frying pan, add breaded tofu, and fry until golden brown and crisp. Then TURN OVER.
- Remove from pan to paper towel to absorb some of the leftover oil, then transfer to serving plate
- Drizzle with more red pepper jelly.
Serve while warm.
