i almost died because of my appendix.
it became infected and i went to the hospital to get it removed. just as they were getting ready to put me under, the damn thing ruptured. thankfully i was already on my way to the operating room, so it wasn't a huge deal.
really odd sensation, though, feeling your appendix rupture.
