I wasn't really suggesting that going to the dog salon fortnightly was normal.. just some of the other things sonic gal said.
only puffy cats get scraggy. or when they can't turn around to groom themselves because of some type of illness/whatever. I haven't seen you in a bajillion years. post more pics!
