Yeah, I can't think of why a Carla fan couldn't like Evangelista. This strikes me as her best work yet, although I'm still especially fond of the first Evangelista album (which was actually titled Evangelista and released under her own name). That is one of the tip-top best albums of this decade.
I've seen the band three times, and it was superb each time.
