they had to let in hip hop since it keeps the Hall relevant to the "kids" and since they knew that a HIP HOP HALL OF FAME wouled steal the thunder from their proceedings.
trhey got Run DMC, the furious Five and grandmaster flash in there. Public Enemy in 2 years!!! come on!

Kiss deserves it. they have rocked for the longest.
