I think it's just the norm to take this many pics of yrself at the moment with spaceface and the like. Media age whatever.
The other nite boyshape and I were at the drive in and there were a bunch of 6 or so kids piled out of a hatch back and on lawn chairs, and TAKING PHOTOS OF THEMSELVES SITTING AT THE DRIVE IN. wtf. seriously it's that exciting and facebookable?

I dunno.. I document my existance with my art journals and I do take photos, but most of them I don't post online anymore. Not only that but to be honest I now prefer to be behind the lens than in front of it. I don't think SYG is ever going to give me that much back so I dont really understand why I should dedicate so many MB of my visual documentation to it?
