supper: chicken wing with rice and vegetable salad (homemade by my gf)
1 beer afterwards
today morning: no breakfast, only 2 glasses of water, as i always do
lunch: vegetable soup, szegedin goulash (my favourite meal actually)
some cookies inbetween to reduce work stress.
