i have had 'mild' anxiety attacks before with the shortness of breath and paranoia feelings; but this was a full on body assault! my heart hurt, lungs closed up, i was shaking uncontrollably, felt light headed along with this horrible, anxious, paranoid, pain that went along with it all. it lasted for what seemed like forever. im going to dr for new meds later this week.
