What I do is that on this year's released dvd 'The EX Convoy Tour' is a lot of Han Bennink and one tune with the whole ICP. You can order it through their website:

This week Han Bennink's biography was presented at the Bimhuis (sorry, the book is in Dutch) as well as a movie called 'Hazentijd'. Don't know if this will be for sale though.
