I could see in his face that it wasn't Hendrix then I found the Hansen website and voila !! There's the picture !
I'd seen a 'reform' of Mitch Mitchell, Billy Cox and Gary Serkin (Gypsy Sun Experience) back in the early 90s and originally thought it was Randy Hansen on guitar then, but not. Also I'd seen Buddy Miles and Noel Redding separately so I've seen ALL the regular players Jimi had played with but NEVER Jimi himself.
Jimi and his bands have always been in my top 5 so I'm a rabid fan and it's too hard for me to pin down a 'best moment'.
