i think it is fucking disgusting when people act like a woman's only ambition should be to have kids. it is a great thing to do, and maybe i will consider doing it someday, you know, but i dont think it is essential as a goal. people should be entitled to not suffer any sort of pressure.
it is great to have children yes, but if you can and you're willing to dedicate all the efforts.
there are lots of children without parents, and im afraid some people are always considering having children as if they want a mini version of themselves, they just dont put enough effort in it. they want to plan their whole future as if they were to satisfy your every dream and as if they belong to the parents and were not their own person. i think that is awful.
there are so many people in the world and the population is growing so rapidly it could double in 50 years - that is the MAIN factor to consider in a world of climate change where food, housing, water is likely to become more scarce than it is now.
it is someones right to want to reproduce or not, and it doesnt make them less or more selfish.
i am fucking tired of people talking as if a woman who doesn't want babies is selfish and as if its supposed to be her biggest dream in life.
