It was kind of an inside joke. There was a kid who would fuck his girlfriend in the laundry room of his apartment...not too exciting.
I actually like the song, but the chorus just obliterates it. I remember talking to Silas (who sings and played guitar) about not using the distortion on the chorus, but he wasn't gonna budge. The loud/quiet dynamic was already pretty tired by 1995. It's a nice relic of it's time though. There's another song I wrote (one of the first I ever did) that we recorded at the same time that I'll try and find and post. It's pretty embarrasing though...
