my bro does that coz he fell from a bike and his muscles healed getting a bit too "loose" and they said they could cut some pieces and make it "sit tighter" in the right place. Gross.

I just cut my hair and beard and almost felt the urge to shave everything off (I'm not talking about pubic hair) then I thought heck I'd look like uncle fester with glasses and stopped my own right hand.
