If you don't care that's fine. I just need to rant, because there is nothing else I can do besides start a fight club and destroy all of the major financial institutions.
I am soooo mad!!!!!! FUCK ALL BANKS!
I wake up Friday morning and find that my car has been repossed. In my defense I have been paying them every month as much money as I can afford. I owed the very last payment, which was only "accrued interest charges". I answered all of thier collection calls, and told them 2 days before they took my car that I would be making the final payment ($600) as soon as I got my tax return in 1 week. They have sent me no letters or given me any indication at all that my car was in danger of reposession. (There is no law stating they have to tell you, they can take it if you are 2 days late on a payment) Those fuckers took it anyway!
So I beg borrow and plead all day Friday and come up with the money. After speaking with the bank about 4 times that morning with thier assurance that I could make the payment and get my car Friday I call to pay the fuckers.
They proceed to tell me "Oh it's a payoff so you are not allowed to pay until the next business day which is MONDAY 3 DAYS AWAY!
So I was fucked all weekend and I live 30 miles from the closest store.
I finally payed the bank today. I call the repo idiots (who snuck in at night instead of simply knocking on my door. I would have peacefully handed over the keys) to make an appointment and pay them thier $76.00 the bank said to pay them. They then tell me "No you have to pay $281.00" They charged me $20 per day lot charges because I was NOT ALLOWED to pay and get it Friday, plus $75 for them to inventory my personal items in my car, and $50 for somethingI don't understand. I don't want them touching the shit in my car. That is an invasion of my privacy.
This is just the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I have been fucked more times than I can count by the banks in one way or another. I JUST CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!
In an hour I will withdraw every cent I have to my name for the next 2 weeks from my account and go get my fucking car. I will never get another loan or credit card, and I am transitioning from debt and checks to money orders and cash.
THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES.
