My first job out of college was in a film dubbing studio. So, we had a single projector but about 36 dubbers, 16/35mm magnetic film players. There were either one or two people in the room.
We had a thing called projectionist syndrome. After spending 12 hour days, for weeks on end by yourself or with someone who has heard all your stories, whenever someone new was in the room, they had their ear talked off. And found it almost impossible to leave.
