4. not at the actual moment, but ive seen relatives as they were dying, and around xmas when i was running i went past a man who got run over and was being seen to by an ambukance, there was a police board asking for witnesses to a fatality a couple of days later. I didnt stop because there wasnt really anything i could do to help.
